Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, ideally in a fast-growing start-up environment with experience in our technologies.
- Deep technical understanding of AWS security best practices, identity management, network security, data encryption, and threat detection.
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming (ideally TypeScript or Python) to build custom automation for CI/CD pipelines, security tooling, and operational tasks.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Open Code) to accelerate development workflows.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability stack for a distributed system (ideally using open telemetry).
- Experience with threat modeling and application security.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAST, DAST, and SCA tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working on implementing regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus)
