About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle incoming and outgoing B2B Managed Account contacts with a professional, sales-focused approach.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchase lifecycle, providing presale consultations, design solutions, product recommendations, and after-sales support.

  • Support deal conversion and account growth by providing prompt, thorough assistance to the Sales Team and our customers.
  • Process quotes, sample/swatch requests, detailed invoices, and sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to develop and execute outbound sales sequences.
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams to produce high-quality sales collateral (such as product decks) under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with the Logistics team to ensure smooth, on-time delivery services.
  • Work closely with the Returns and in-house Quality Assurance teams to resolve product reliability issues, returns, or replacements efficiently.
  • Maintain data integrity through daily CRM upkeep and administrative tasks.
  • Help develop and refine sales team best practices regarding the CRM, sales processes, and other internal systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in specialty sales, customer service, or account support. Experience in furniture retail is a major asset.
  • Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent productivity software.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to complete a criminal background check.
  • Eager to launch or advance a career in B2B sales, with a strong desire to build business development and account management skills.
  • A self-starter who takes immense ownership of their work and is highly motivated to learn, grow, and excel.
  • Confident when navigating problems and capable of delivering high-touch service to high-priority corporate clients with elevated expectations.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who naturally supports peers daily to drive collective, team-wide success.

  • The salary range is $45,000 to $51,000
