About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive product development across Article’s digital platforms, including eCommerce systems, internal business applications, and data platforms.
Partner closely with engineering teams, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
Analyze and decide how to prioritize each initiative based on the whole picture.
Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and cross-system dependencies while driving the delivery of complex initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of software product management experience.
Must have worked in retail/eCommerce, ideally also knowing supply chain, or logistics.
Experience in organizations undergoing tech debt reduction, legacy system migration, or platform re-architecture.
Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition.
Track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and high technical ambiguity.
Stakeholder management and influence; able to work with strong personalities.
Experience working closely with engineering and operational teams.
Experience using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Legally able to work in Canada.
Completion of criminal background check.

The salary range is $129,600 to $165,000
Starting salary is determined by your transferable skills, knowledge, work experience, and the hiring team’s budget.
