About the role
- Understand business needs and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to shape solutions—translating requirements into actionable work and supporting the M365 vision and roadmap for processes and applications.
- Manage and coordinate a pipeline of automation, workflow, low-code, and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Work closely with the development team and maintain effective stakeholder engagement for the delivery of business technology projects.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a modern applications or Digital Workplace team.
- Strong background in process analysis, requirements gathering, and user engagement.
- Solid understanding of low code design patterns and M365, Power Platform, PowerApps, Co-pilot for M365 and other Modern Workplace Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile, product lifecycle management, backlog management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver high quality solutions within deadlines with the flexibility needed as part of a small team.
