Security Operations

• Oversee daily operations of IT Security Services across the Firm including on-premises Infrastructure and Cloud services, end user computing (EUC) and applications in line with industry security best practice to continuously maintain/improve the firm’s IT security posture.
• Work collaboratively within the IT function, Risk & Compliance, and external managed service providers/trusted third parties to ensure frictionless and effective operations of security controls, proactively implement process optimisation and ensure all configurations meet the required security standards.

• Advise insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGA/MGUs, and large corporates on complex regulatory issues, including authorisations, governance, ESG requirements, outsourcing, distribution, and conduct risk.

Legal Executive – Pro Bono

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Advise on Irish law aspects of acquisition and leveraged finance, unitranche/term loan B, revolving credit facilities, investment‑grade and syndicated lending, ABL, and real estate development/investment finance and fund finance.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage LMA‑based facility agreements, security documents (debentures, share charges, mortgages), accession agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and related finance deliverables.
