About the role
- Raise awareness of pro bono, dealing with initial interest, and allocating matters to fee earners.
- Undertake administrative tasks – such as responding to fee earner queries, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for internal meetings, and arranging external-facing events.
- Provide project support for pro bono initiatives such as the Arthur Cox Legal Education Project and FLAC Information Line Project, including rota management and volunteer recruitment.
- Run monthly/quarterly pro bono reports.
- Aid in the production of pro bono marketing content and training resources for the firm's internal and external communications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management, problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
