About the role

  • Raise awareness of pro bono, dealing with initial interest, and allocating matters to fee earners.
  • Undertake administrative tasks – such as responding to fee earner queries, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for internal meetings, and arranging external-facing events.
  • Provide project support for pro bono initiatives such as the Arthur Cox Legal Education Project and FLAC Information Line Project, including rota management and volunteer recruitment.
  • Run monthly/quarterly pro bono reports.
  • Aid in the production of pro bono marketing content and training resources for the firm's internal and external communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management, problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
