About the role

  • Collaborate and support Design Quality Engineers with project analysis, including reviewing data as well as generating reports.
  • Review process flow charts and interact with various cross-functional teams to establish processes.
  • Support DQEs with change request/change notice reports, providing feedback/recommendations for rejection/approval.
  • Support marketing project initiation gap analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering or bioengineering required
  • Senior preferred. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate, oral and written, and possess the ability to work through technical issues.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of surgical equipment/instrumentation and mechanical testing equipment preferred.
  • Prior experience with CAD, such as SolidWorks, required.
