About the role
- Lead sales efforts and provide technical guidance for Arthrex Spine products
- Maintain expert knowledge of spine and biologics categories
- Educate customers and consult with surgeons in operating room
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies
- Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs
- Analyze sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of spine experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
- Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
- Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Current driver’s license
- Access to your own transportation
