About the role

  • Lead sales efforts and provide technical guidance for Arthrex Spine products
  • Maintain expert knowledge of spine and biologics categories
  • Educate customers and consult with surgeons in operating room
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies
  • Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of spine experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
  • Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
  • Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
  • Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
  • Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Current driver’s license
  • Access to your own transportation
