About the role
- Conduct market analyses and research with a strong focus on sports medicine
- Develop marketing materials to support brand positioning and customer education, specifically tailored to surgical solutions
- Plan, organize and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and increase awareness in the orthopedic sector
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new and expanded product lines
- Strengthen the company's sales-focused external presence through engagement with orthopedic surgeons
- Regularly attend surgical procedures and conduct training on human cadaver specimens
Requirements
- Degree in Human Medicine or Biomedical Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Sports Medicine
- Experience in orthopedics with a focus on sports medicine and a degree in economics or business administration
- Experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development with a focus on orthopedic devices or surgical solutions
- Proactive, strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the orthopedic market
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with orthopedic surgeons, medical staff, and industry experts
- Structured, independent working style with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) and extensive experience with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems
