About the role
- Assist in sales and provide technical support for Arthrex Extremities & Trauma products
- Be the technical expert for these products within the Agency
- Educate customers and support employee development
- Consult with surgeons in the operating room
- Work closely with sales managers to drive sales initiatives
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong relationships
- Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies
- Create and submit team quotas to executive sales leadership
- Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasking skills,
- Constantly analyze sales performance and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of distal extremities and/or trauma experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
- Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
- Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
- Prior sales experience is a plus
