About the role
- Conduct basic data analyses and prepare reports for internal use
- Support the identification and documentation of bugs and issues
- Contribute to the development and structuring of new business ideas through use-case analysis
- Collect and evaluate feedback from internal stakeholders and research potential AI technologies
- Assist with testing new features and verifying bug fixes
- Monitor and ensure system functionality
- Collaborate effectively with the team on administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital technologies and process innovation
- Structured, curious, and eager to learn in an interdisciplinary and agile environment
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and an interest in software systems and debugging
- Proactive and able to work independently with a strong results focus
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Fluent English; German skills are an advantage.
