- Oversees regional cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
- Leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Partners with HR to manage headcount planning and payroll costs.
- Ensures timely and accurate financial close and reporting, supporting global consolidation efforts.
- Monitors KPIs and delivers insightful management reports.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and tax requirements.
- Supports acquisition due diligence and integration efforts.
- Fosters relationships with financial institutions and external auditors.
- Champions continuous improvement and standardization across the region.
- Mentors and develops finance talent, creating opportunities for growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required); CPA, CMA, or MBA (highly preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Proven success managing regional or multinational finance teams.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/database tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese (highly preferred).
