About the role
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
- Define acceptance criteria and validate features
- Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement
- Support product communications, marketing, and training materials for a successful go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and professional software development (Scrum / Kanban)
- Delivery-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing a product backlog and defining acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
