About the role
- Own the product backlog: prioritize tasks
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and QA
- Define acceptance criteria and validate features
- Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback
- Support product communications, marketing, and the creation of training materials
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital environment
- Excellent understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong delivery mindset
- Experience managing a product backlog
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
