About the role

  • Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
  • Establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communication and in-person appointments.
  • Consult surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures.
  • Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to meet/exceed territory objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
  • Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
