About the role
- Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
- Establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communication and in-person appointments.
- Consult surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures.
- Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to meet/exceed territory objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
