About the role
- End-to-end process mapping and value stream analysis across the entire supply chain in the EMEA region
- Identify bottlenecks and weaknesses using Lean management methods and tools, and develop concepts to address them
- Derive actionable recommendations, prioritize initiatives and align with supply chain partners
- Design and develop new process flows in compliance with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) standards and requirements, ensuring their measurability
- Plan and facilitate opportunity workshops
- Promote an end-to-end mindset across the entire EMEA supply chain
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in process or Lean management, ideally in medical technology (medtech)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in process design and application of BPM methods
- Knowledge of value stream management; Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent qualification is desirable
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is an advantage
- Independent and proactive working style, team player, confident and persuasive communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
