Operations

• Assist in the maintenance of the inventory/database in SAP to ensure its status is appropriate to support the demands of the department
• Responsible for picking all offsite equipment requests/orders and staging them with the assigned associate for packing
• Responsible for the daily washing of all instrumentation as required by policy
• Responsible for the collection of all outbound and inbound freight and distribution to the proper person or locations
• Procure and distribute all inventory necessary to support the department daily
• Develop and maintain exhibit and lab checklists and other reference materials as necessary
• Take over duties for any team member during their absence and help team members when necessary
• Responsible for daily cleaning and organizing of the department and ensuring a safe work environment
• Perform advanced SAP system transactions
• Obtain fundamental product and instrumentation knowledge
