About the role
- You identify and reach out to potential new customers based on your research, our marketing channels, and lead-generation activities
- You actively support prospective customers during the free trial and through their initial steps with Artesa
- You maintain and grow customer relationships through regular phone and digital communication
- You assist your sales colleagues in preparing and following up on sales calls and presentations
- You create and update KPIs in our CRM to ensure a smooth flow of information
- You work closely with our marketing team to optimize and implement lead-generation strategies
- You collaborate with our development team to continuously develop our solution with the customer in mind
Requirements
- You have a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and/or initial professional experience in sales — ideally in the B2B software sector
- You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills
- You are highly self-motivated and very disciplined
- Ideally you have an understanding of the trades/crafts — or you’re eager to acquire it
- You enjoy trying new approaches and take pleasure in improving sales processes
- You are fluent in German — both written and spoken
- You are a team player, think creatively, and actively contribute your ideas to the team
