About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and drive sales operations within an assigned region for the prostate cancer sales team.
- Responsible for managing a team of Sales Account Executives (SAE).
- Develop strategic sales plans and ensure revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
- 10+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
