About the role
- Provide VIP user support with a high level of service
- Work on audiovisual equipment for meetings and events
- Install, configure and verify IT equipment
- Participate in server room operations (Level 1)
- Perform basic infrastructure tasks (restarts, checks, etc.)
- Ensure meeting rooms are functioning correctly
- Provide on-site presence for audio/video support during events
- Manage equipment installations and deliveries
Requirements
- Experience in VIP support or another high-demand environment
- Comfortable with audiovisual systems and meeting room setups
- Basic knowledge of networking and systems
- Excellent professional appearance (business attire)
- Fluent in English
- Autonomous, detail-oriented and service-minded
