About the role

  • Respond to requests in French and/or English
  • Handle incoming phone calls and resolve first-line tickets
  • Manage remote support sessions with users
  • Provide desktop and business application support
  • Troubleshoot multifunction printers
  • Escalate issues to vendors
  • Handle and process incoming emails
  • Assist in managing the hardware and software inventory and with upgrades

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Be rigorous, adaptable, proactive and comfortable with written communication
