About the role
- Respond to requests in French and/or English
- Handle incoming phone calls and resolve first-line tickets
- Manage remote support sessions with users
- Provide desktop and business application support
- Troubleshoot multifunction printers
- Escalate issues to vendors
- Handle and process incoming emails
- Assist in managing the hardware and software inventory and with upgrades
- Contribute to ongoing team training
- Participate in service optimization
- Update and create documentation
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar IT support role
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
- Bilingual French/English
- Be rigorous, adaptable, proactive and comfortable with written communication
