About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serves as the primary Task Order Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of program and project management activities
  • Assists VA leadership in the execution of targeted program goals by developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
  • Facilitates coordination across interdisciplinary teams, federal stakeholders, and contractor personnel
  • Develops, reviews, and delivers high-quality programmatic artifacts including status reports and executive-level presentations
  • Identifies program risks, issues, and dependencies and recommends corrective action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare program and project management
  • Master's Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a large corporation or federal government agency
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust (MBI or higher)
