About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as the primary Task Order Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of program and project management activities
- Assists VA leadership in the execution of targeted program goals by developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
- Facilitates coordination across interdisciplinary teams, federal stakeholders, and contractor personnel
- Develops, reviews, and delivers high-quality programmatic artifacts including status reports and executive-level presentations
- Identifies program risks, issues, and dependencies and recommends corrective action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare program and project management
- Master's Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a large corporation or federal government agency
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust (MBI or higher)
