About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create communications products that engage stakeholder audiences, such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks
Revise and provide content that delivers consistent key messages across appropriate channels, aligned to branding, messaging, and digital/social media strategies (news and impact stories, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, and web copy)
Market capabilities to existing and potential users and help create, manage, and implement the product marketing strategy
Support the annual Product Marketing Strategy deliverable
Support change management by helping create and maintain a change management process, evaluating communication methods for process-improvement opportunities, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed changes
Provide communications and marketing inputs to the Analysis of Alternatives report upon Government request
Participate in meetings to discuss and prioritize new communications activities and plans
Contribute to the Communications Plan and Communications Dashboard metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of strategic communications and product marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
Federal client experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
Demonstrated change management experience
Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/public trust determination
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
