About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II project
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of quality improvement frameworks
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities
- Oversee the assessment of VA Medical Center performance data
- Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members
- Monitor project progress against established timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA facility access credentials
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting or government program environment
