Key responsibilities & impact

Lead data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation activities in support of large-scale federal transition assistance programs.
Oversee the collection, management, interpretation, and presentation of program data.
Develop actionable insights, performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products.
Conduct program evaluations and identify trends, gaps, and emerging issues.
Coordinate data integration from multiple government and partner sources.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations.
Deliver analytics that measure program outcomes, operational performance, customer engagement, and service effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 years of relevant experience, including 5 within the federal government.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in the management of government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product generation.
Experience in preparing executive level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables.
Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
