Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in analyzing how policy changes affect business processes, staffing models, and governance structures.
Contribute to the development of policy-related recommendations.
Support the development of assessment tools and summarize findings from stakeholder interviews.
Prepare reports that translate policy requirements into actionable implementation guidance.
Support coordination efforts to ensure policy compliance during implementation.
Contribute to tracking issues, risks, and dependencies related to regulatory or policy constraints.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of relevant experience, including with policy analysis and research.
Bachelor’s degree in a related program, such public policy, political science, or public health.
Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
