About the role
- Support the development and execution of art programs across multiple projects
- Collaborate with Senior Art Consultants and Curators to understand project vision, client needs, and design intent
- Conduct research and sourcing of artwork aligned with project narrative, budget, and design direction
- Develop written narratives and presentations that clearly communicate the creative concept and artwork selections
- Ensure artwork and framing specifications are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained
- Maintain organized documentation across projects, including selections, specifications, and updates
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to provide visibility into project progress and timelines
- Partner with artists to source, commission, and refine artwork as needed
- Support coordination between Art Consulting, Project Management, and Production to ensure alignment from concept through execution
- Stay current on art trends, artists, and market direction to inform selections and recommendations
- Take initiative to identify gaps, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in art, art history, design, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in art consulting, design, or a related field is a plus
