About the role

  • Attract and engage event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Educate prospects on Art of Drawers products and services
  • Capture contact information and book in-home design appointments
  • Track and manage leads using simple tools provided
  • Set up and tear down booth displays at events
  • Proactively research and recommend new events, shows, or community gatherings
  • Coordinate logistics and assist with event planning

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and overcoming objections
  • Weekend availability (most events occur Fridays through Sundays)
  • Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to ~40 lbs)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
  • Prior event, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
