About the role
- Attract and engage event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Educate prospects on Art of Drawers products and services
- Capture contact information and book in-home design appointments
- Track and manage leads using simple tools provided
- Set up and tear down booth displays at events
- Proactively research and recommend new events, shows, or community gatherings
- Coordinate logistics and assist with event planning
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and overcoming objections
- Weekend availability (most events occur Fridays through Sundays)
- Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to ~40 lbs)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
- Prior event, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
