About the role
- Content Creation & Publishing
- Writing blog articles (German/DE) with an SEO focus
- Creating landing page copy (workshops, team events, art topics)
- Translations EN ↔ DE as needed
- Creating visual assets (Canva, Adobe, or similar) — banners, social posts, thumbnails
- Maintaining and updating content on our website
- SEO & Visibility
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Creating a monthly SEO content plan
- Optimizing existing pages (on-page SEO, internal linking, titles, meta descriptions)
- Tracking and reporting (Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- PR & Outreach
- Researching relevant blogs, magazines, event portals, lifestyle and art websites
- Sending personalized PR pitches
- Building and maintaining a blogger & press list
- Securing placements for articles, backlinks and guest posts
- Collaborating with local media in Munich
- Brand Storytelling
- Developing clear messaging for our workshops, art courses and team events
- Contributing to seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, company summer events, etc.)
Requirements
- German at native-speaker level
- Very good English
- Excellent written communication skills
- An eye for design & aesthetics
- Experience with SEO-driven content and keyword research
- Experience in PR outreach or journalistic writing (nice to have)
- Structured, independent working style
- Reliability & proactivity (we work remotely; you need to take ownership)
- Experience posting blog content in Squarespace
