About the role

  • Investment & transaction analysis: Review acquisition opportunities, perform profitability calculations, and prepare investment and acquisition proposals (e.g., business cases, cash flow models).
  • Asset management: Co-responsibility for existing and newly developed office properties, development of value-enhancing measures, and support of re-branding, leasing and modernization strategies.
  • Leasing management: Responsibility for the entire leasing process — marketing vacant space, communicating with tenants and prospective tenants, and negotiating contracts through to completion.
  • Project coordination: Coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers such as architects, surveyors, and property managers.
  • ESG & sustainability: Develop and implement asset-level ESG strategies to increase long-term property value and meet relevant ESG criteria.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification related to real estate.
  • Initial practical experience in the real estate industry, ideally in Asset Management, Project Development, Investment Management or Transactions (e.g., through internships or student positions).
  • Strong project management skills: You work in a structured way, prioritize tasks effectively and keep an eye on financial metrics and processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, responsible and team-oriented working style, combined with high initiative and strong organizational skills.
