Controller

• Betreuung überwiegend regionaler Immobilienprojekte
• Verantwortung für die Erfassung und Pflege des Budgets
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Budgets in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team
• Verantwortlich für die Auftrags- und Rechnungsabwicklung sowie das Mahnwesen
• Prüfung und Korrektur der durch ein KI-gestütztes Tool erfassten Rechnungsmetadaten
• Manuelle Rechnungserfassung und Bearbeitung von Dauerrechnungen
• Einleitung und Überwachung des Workflows sowie Ansprechpartner:in für Rückfragen zum Rechnungsstatus
• Vorbereitung von Standardverträgen und Nachtragsvereinbarungen

Cost Controller – Gewerbeimmobilien

• Management of existing and new-build projects, predominantly in the office sector
• Support for the Transactions team in the assessment of acquisitions
• Preparation of acquisition proposals in collaboration with fund management
• Development of strategies for repositioning and re-marketing assets
• Preparation of business plans for leasing, re-branding, refurbishment and exit
• Budget responsibility for project and fund reporting as well as controlling
• Point of contact for tenants, prospective tenants and external service providers
• Coordination of internal and external project processes
• Development and implementation of ESG asset strategies to increase property value
