• Work closely with the construction and project team and gain in-depth insights into the development and planning processes of a real estate project

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Investment & transaction analysis: Review acquisition opportunities, perform profitability calculations, and prepare investment and acquisition proposals (e.g., business cases, cash flow models).
• Asset management: Co-responsibility for existing and newly developed office properties, development of value-enhancing measures, and support of re-branding, leasing and modernization strategies.
• Leasing management: Responsibility for the entire leasing process — marketing vacant space, communicating with tenants and prospective tenants, and negotiating contracts through to completion.
• Project coordination: Coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers such as architects, surveyors, and property managers.
• ESG & sustainability: Develop and implement asset-level ESG strategies to increase long-term property value and meet relevant ESG criteria.

Junior Investment Manager – Transactions & Asset Management, Real Estate

• Gain insight into the entire real estate lifecycle
• Support projects from construction planning through handover
• Assist with the execution and coordination of all on-site activities
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Analyze tender documents and support negotiations
• Assist with administrative tasks and contract preparation

Working Student – Design & Construction

• Learn the full real estate lifecycle within the company
• Support projects from construction planning and securing building permits and approvals through to final inspection and handover to tenants or buyers
• Assist in ensuring the timely, quality- and cost-compliant execution of all on-site work
• Coordinate all trades and subcontractors
• Review tender documents and participate in negotiations
