About the role
- Gain insight into the entire real estate lifecycle
- Support projects from construction planning through handover
- Assist with the execution and coordination of all on-site activities
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Analyze tender documents and support negotiations
- Assist with administrative tasks and contract preparation
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program (e.g., industrial engineering, real estate management, civil engineering, or architecture)
- Some initial work experience, ideally in the construction or real estate industry
- Proficient in common Office applications
- Interest in the real estate business
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to learning new areas of responsibility
- Strong communication skills with good German and English proficiency
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
