About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Product responsibility for Billing & ERP
- Ownership of the business modules: Contracts, Invoicing/Accounting, Time Tracking and Bookkeeping
- Evaluation and further development of operational processes and standards
- Identification of functional improvement opportunities
- Analysis of business requirements and translation into clear user stories and tickets
- Close collaboration with the development team during implementation
- Hands-on support throughout the development process
- Support with data migrations and assistance during rollouts
- Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on accounting, ERP, billing or comparable B2B software solutions
- Strong willingness to take ownership of complex business modules
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable user stories, tickets and product improvements
- Technical experience in data migration, data analysis and software development
- High degree of personal responsibility, strong organizational skills and a pronounced ownership mindset
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20%)
