About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch.
- Engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders through clear, balanced, and compliant product and disease-state education.
- Execute territory strategies, build strong customer relationships, and expand adoption across assigned accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support account planning and navigate access dynamics.
- Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a track record of consistent performance; pharmaceutical, specialty, or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments is a plus.
