About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work collaboratively within underwriting teams
- Support underwriters with maintenance and organization of files
- Prepare quotes, bind confirmations, and certificates underwriters’ direction
- Prepare Certificates of Insurance
- Edit and format documents using various software and programs
- Review documents for accuracy
- Maintain and innovate administrative workflow procedures to increase efficiency
- Communicate internally with other departments via email and telephone
- Communicate externally with brokers as required
- Carry out other clerical duties as required
Requirements
