About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work collaboratively within underwriting teams
  • Support underwriters with maintenance and organization of files
  • Prepare quotes, bind confirmations, and certificates underwriters’ direction
  • Prepare Certificates of Insurance
  • Edit and format documents using various software and programs
  • Review documents for accuracy
  • Maintain and innovate administrative workflow procedures to increase efficiency
  • Communicate internally with other departments via email and telephone
  • Communicate externally with brokers as required
  • Carry out other clerical duties as required
