Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of business intelligence, analytics, data platform, or reporting experience
5+ years of advanced Power BI experience
3+ years in a senior lead, architect, administrator, or BI platform ownership role
Required insurance industry experience, preferably in property and casualty, specialty insurance, or related environments
Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and report design
Strong understanding of Power BI governance and report certification
Advanced SQL and data modeling experience
Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
