Key responsibilities & impact

Manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement.
Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion.
Designs, implements and supports business intelligence solutions.
Provides expertise and project support for functional and technical processes related to all financial tools and processes.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Performs functionality and system testing to simulate end user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required
Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance field.
Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
