About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage directly with government end users selling HR-centric solutions such as Workday and HireVue
  • Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory
  • Plan sales strategy and develop key customer relationships
  • Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
  • Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts
  • Sell and market Arrow offerings using knowledge of key supplier lines
  • Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBRs)
  • Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities
  • Promote and sell value-add, supply chain, and full life-cycle programs
  • Use sales tracking systems, Salesforce.com, and Oracle Establish
  • Build relationships with key suppliers
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide informal guidance to junior staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • In-depth knowledge and experience
  • Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
