About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support partners, internal teams and end customers across North America with the development and integration of AI agents.
  • Contribute to proof of concepts, demos and quick/simple developments demonstrating AI-agent solutions.
  • Engage customers and partners to understand business needs and define implementation approaches.
  • Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and related AI capabilities.
  • Identify AI-agent use cases and translate them into practical, commercially relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical and vendor teams on AI opportunities and customer engagements.
  • Share AI-agent knowledge, best practices and learnings with internal teams and partners.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly during customer-facing conversations.
  • Maintain awareness of Microsoft AI developments, security considerations and the broader AI-agent landscape.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies; strong Microsoft knowledge preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer strongly preferred; willingness/ability to obtain certification is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI-agent technologies required.
  • Some development skills, including creating quick prototypes or using “vibe coding” approaches for proof-of-concept work.
  • Understanding of AI-agent development and integration.
  • Ability to define practical AI-agent implementation approaches for partners and customers.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred; candidates with strong communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities may also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal teams, partners and customers across countries and functions.
  • Additional Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
  • Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes.
