About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Arrow Channel Managers, Supplier Managers, and SLED Field Representatives in executing partner-led growth initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key mid-market, enterprise, and national account partners
- Collaborate with Lenovo, OEM, and vendor account teams on sales motions and growth priorities
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners for execution
- Execute market intelligence strategies to identify sales opportunities and generate pipeline
- Analyze deal registrations and emerging partner opportunities
- Assist with pilot programs, go-to-market initiatives, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Use Salesforce and Power BI for account mapping, territory alignment, whitespace identification, and expansion planning
- Monitor pipeline activity, generate forecasts, and maintain data accuracy across systems
- Participate in Arrow and vendor-sponsored events and support related targeting, outreach, webinars, and follow-up
- Develop understanding of SLED procurement vehicles and contract structures
- Deliver vendor- and technology-aligned go-to-market messaging and presentations
- Support partner enablement and align internal resources with partner execution plans
- Develop relationships across Arrow, partners, and vendors
- Support sales strategy development and execution for partners and market segments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements with the federal government
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
- Operates independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability in complex or ambiguous situations
- Ability to serve as a peer resource and mentor or support less experienced team members
- Contributes to continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities across accounts and vertical markets
- Foundational knowledge of vendor technologies and willingness to complete required certifications/training
- Working proficiency in Market Intelligence tools and systems
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and Power BI
- Understanding of SLED procurement vehicles and contract structures
