About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and communicate supplier and customer strategies into the Nordic market
- Act as a key link between suppliers and Sales and Engineering teams
- Use data analytics, customer knowledge, and market knowledge to guide team success
- Work closely with the Nordic Management team as a business partner
- Report to the Engineering Director in Nordic
- Develop a solid supplier pipeline and growth with key suppliers
- Prepare supplier and internal meetings
- Understand gaps and develop new processes using data analytics
- Collaborate with Arrow colleagues and supplier partners in EMEA
- Visit and build trustful relationships with key suppliers in Nordic
- Train and guide Sales and Engineering teams in business processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educated within Electronics (B.S.E.E. or similar)
- Experience with electronics design and business analytics
- Experience working with semiconductors and ideally IP&E products
- Components engineering experience is potentially relevant
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and processes
- Structured approach to work
- Preferably experienced with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Fluent in a local Nordic language and English
- Energetic, self-driven, innovative, and strong social skills
