About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Southeast Germany & Austria
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Execute regional sales strategies aligned with Arrow and supplier objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and business performance
- Support strategic customer engagements and complex sales opportunities
- Act as a key escalation point for customer, supplier, and business-related matters
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in IP&E sales and sales leadership
- Strong track record of driving business growth and developing successful teams
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, including senior leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
