- gain a deep understanding of the role, develop the right mindset to perform the job, and be able to perform independently in the assigned position or a new position at the end of the Graduate Program
Requirements
What you’ll need- graduate program enrollment
- advanced specialized skills or multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- ability to work independently; receive minimal guidance
- act as an informal resource for colleagues
- identify and resolve key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
- take a broad perspective to problems and spot new, less obvious solutions
