About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end BI project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Act as SME for business domains and data architecture.
- Oversee complex and cross-domain projects, providing technical leadership in tool migrations, architectural modernization, and large scale automation.
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide actionable insights on business performance, strategic initiatives, market intelligence & opportunities.
- Drive BI and analytics vision & innovation in analytics tools or techniques that facilitate effective business decisions
- Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance, security, compliance.
- Drive measurable business value from analytics by implementing ROI tracking, usage analytics, and feedback to improve adoption, user satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in business analytics, data architecture, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and intuitive analytics solutions.
- Strong experience in process analytics and optimization, including process mining, KPI design, and driving measurable operational improvements through data.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, aligning analytics initiatives to business priorities and delivering actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar), and with an understanding of data modeling and governance.
- Experience embedding analytics into business processes and identifying underlying business challenges
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.
- Mentoring and fostering a high-performing, collaborative analytics team.
- Operating in ambiguity and leading through transformation, with a focus on outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement.
