About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on RedHat/OpenShift.
- Advise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services.
- Serve as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities.
- Support the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients.
- Interact with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy.
- Validate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business.
- Deliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events.
- Create PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with RedHat/OpenShift.
- Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
- An ability to take the initiative and be a pro-active self-starter.
- Empathetic, fair, and generous approach to staff and people management.
- A highly entrepreneurial spirit that manifests itself in a “let’s make it happen” approach, coupled with initiative and adaptability.
- Excellent attention to detail and genuine passion for Information Technology.
- Willingness to do some national trips to see partners.
- Fluency in English required.
- French OR Dutch proficiency is highly appreciated.
