About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support via email and telephone to global customers
- Assist customers with fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Log and manage incidents, ensuring ongoing issues are addressed
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior engineers to investigate issues
- Coordinate hardware replacement for failed devices or components
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or similar qualification in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Security
- Industry certifications such as Cisco/Juniper are acceptable
- Appropriate experience demonstrating technical abilities
- Passion for networking, security, Linux, and technical subjects
- Empathy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- English and Polish language fluency required
- Previous experience with Check Point, Blue Coat/Symantec/Broadcom, F5, NetApp, Palo Alto, Fortinet is an advantage
