About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to the Cloudhealth partner community and end-users as well as internally for enabling the sales teams.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform strategy and identify opportunities as well as to create the Cloudhealth business intelligence needed to compete successfully.
- Partner with product management to influence roadmaps and ensure market fit.
- Create and manage sales enablement tools, including sales/pitch decks, product demos, battlecards, and case studies, and any needed resources to successfully go-to-market.
- Collaborate with sales strategist and marketing to develop campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
- Measure and report against KPI’s on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Act as a product evangelist at events, webinars, customer meetings, and with partners globally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or software industry, ideally in selling SaaS and/or Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, customer segmentation, and buyer personas.
- Proven track record of developing messaging frameworks and product positioning throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
