About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Providing support to internal stakeholders in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday
  • Serving as a strong HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA
  • Identifying and researching issues/system defects and formulating resolutions/recommendations
  • Following Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines
  • Creating test scenarios and test scripts
  • Performing system testing and coordinating user testing and acceptance
  • Providing resolution in accordance with due dates and maintaining SOP documentation
  • Working with HR Technology Global Team to develop and train internal clients on processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years+ experience in a similar position within Workday HRIS system
  • Previous Workday configuration experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen within a technical environment
  • Collaborating with other departments well
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented global environment and handle multiple projects
