Business Development Manager – Networking and Security

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and develop high-potential reseller partners in the Baltics
- Acquire new partners through proactive outreach (calls, email, meetings)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
- Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth
- Execute and support business development plans
- Initiate and support marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Deliver product and sales enablement training to partners
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and regional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Networking and Security (IT distribution or vendor side)
- Strong background in business development and/or account management
- Very good knowledge of the local Baltic market
- Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, outgoing, and results-driven personality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
