About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Americas region execution of assigned semiconductor suppliers’ business plans, with full accountability for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic priority alignment.
- Develop and maintain different level-tiers if relationships with key supplier stakeholders, serving as the primary regional interface to align commercial strategies, product focus, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Lead Americas region performance management, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking, to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
- Establish and sustain a disciplined cadence of internal and external performance reviews /KPI’s with branches, territories, and suppliers to drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Execute Americas region go‑to‑market initiatives focused on priority technologies, key verticals, and strategic customer segments, aligning investments with supplier and Arrow growth objectives. (Working with the arrow vertical teams)
- Act as a point of escalation for supplier‑ and Arrow‑related issues, resolving commercial, operational, and executional challenges in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, product management, and field teams to enable supplier programs, demand creation activities, and field execution excellence.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision‑making, optimize regional strategy, and deliver measurable, actionable business outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA strongly preferred
- Proven success in semiconductor marketing, supplier management, or portfolio leadership
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Strong negotiation, influence, and executive‑level presentation skills
- Deep, established relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem
- Highly data‑driven, with experience translating analytics into business action
- Exceptional communication skills with credibility at the C‑suite level
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%, varying by quarter
